April 2024 Newsletter

Dear Friends and Clients,
WARMER WEATHER CONCERNS – I think we have finally shaken off the last dregs of winter. I know the bugs are out. Where you have fleas and ticks, make sure you are using a preventative whether spot on or oral. It’s also a good time to make sure your pets are vaccinated as needed for your area. It’s okay to decline whatever is appropriate – the vets here always want to do heart worm tests and do the preventative and we do not have heart worm where I live. Horses need Swat in their ears and on their midline and spraying them down with Permecterin keeps the bugs off. Mix your own to save money. If you have more than one horse, get a 2-gallon pump sprayer with a metal wand so you can get the underside and legs really well.
WEATHER and EMERGENCY PLANNING – It’s tornado season across tornado alley and in the south where I have a lot of clients. Make sure you have an emergency plan for your family and your critters. Have a designated meet up place and know what to do in an emergency. We have earthquakes here in Nevada all the time but most of them are so small we can’t feel them. If you have them in your area, have a preparedness plan. If your dogs freak out in thunderstorms, have either a thunder shirt or medication to help them stay calm. Stay out of low-lying areas during flash flood warnings and remember to turn around, don’t drown.
HORSES AND PAIN MANAGEMENT – I am still surprised at how many horses that I do readings on that are not getting regular chiropractic care and Acuscope or something similar for soft tissue pain. We have to remember that horses are designed by nature to graze and run from predators and that’s it. If we are going to do all the fun, competitive things that we love to do, then we must make sure they get regular maintenance. I think the rule of thumb as to how often depends on how fast they are running and how fast they are turning and stopping. Those things put extra strain on their joints, so they require more maintenance to feel better. You may not have any idea how much pain your horse is in until they act up to get you off. Those unplanned dismounts can really hurt. If you want to check in to see how your horses are feeling, please schedule a reading. We can do multiple horses in a half hour or hour.
TAKING CARE OF YOU – You all know that I recommend energy healing for serious or chronic health problems. Remember, we are 99% energy and 1% physical. Disease is issues in the tissues. I offer free energy healing techniques to anyone who requests them. I have to email them to you so send me an email if you want them. I also offer coaching so you can learn to heal yourself. I have been a medical intuitive for over 30 years so a reading can help to point you in the right direction on the emotional cause of your dis-ease. I find it fascinating when I am helping someone to heal past issues since the words and the cause just fall out of my mouth. There are often tears on the other end of the phone because I have been able to hit the nail on the head. I am still surprised at how many people tell me that they thought they had dealt with the issue, yet it is still causing a health problem.
DEVELOPING YOUR OWN INTUITIVE ABILITIES – I think this is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice. I love it when one of my students is now earning a living doing readings for others. You can too. I have three books that teach you how to develop your own intuitive abilities. You can learn to communicate with people and pets on the other side, communicate with your current horses and pets, do medical and veterinary intuition, remote viewing, map dowsing, communicate with people who cannot and more. My first book is The Cowgirl Shaman Way – Seven Easy Steps to Develop Your Intuitive Ability. The second one is for care givers, first responders and medical professionals. It is Intuitive Communication – Communicating with Those Who Cannot. My third book is The Physics of Mediumship which takes the woo-woo out of communicating with those on the other side. All of these books are available on my website. I also offer training programs for those who want intensive study. The training can be done over the phone, Skype, Facetime or Zoom.
SCHEDULING A READING – Remember that I work 7 days a week and holidays because I love my work. I usually book 9, 10 and 11am Pacific time and 4, 5 and 6pm Pacific time and the half hours in between. Rates are $50/$90, half hour/hour with no limit on the number of subjects in a session. You can pay on my website at www.TerriJay.com/Readings at the bottom of the page. Then be sure to fill out the form so I have your name and number in an email. Once I have that, I will send you the schedule, but you are welcome to choose a time from the above schedule and see if I have it open. You can do multiple animals or people that have passed, health problems, relationship questions, financial questions and more in a session. You can find many testimonials, podcasts and videos in the Press Kit on my website if you want to gain more understanding about my work.
As always, love and light.
